General Rental Terms & Conditions
- All motorized, travel trailer, and boat rentals require a pre-paid reservation fee of $350
- A $500 damage deposit will be collected at time of pick-up
- Pop-up camping trailers and fish house rentals require a pre-paid reservation fee of $150 and $200 damage deposit
- Deposit could be forfeited in whole or in part for loss of equipment, damage, refueling gasoline and propane, generator use, and additional rental fees or taxes
- No smoking and No Pets
- Renters must be at least 25 years of age with valid driver's license and credit card
- Cancellations will result in 100% loss of reservation fee
- Late returns will be penalized
- Gasoline is full when the unit it picked up and must be returned full
- All rentals must be fully insured
- General pick up time is between 1pm and 4 pm on day requested and return time is before 10 am on the date specified. We are flexible
- No extra charges or fees for use of generator, awning, or receiver hitch
- Minimum cleaning charge of $100
